BANGOR, Maine (March 8, 2014) -- The Boys C/D East Senior All-Star Team defeated the Boys C/D West All-Star Team by a score of 113-105 at the Maine McDonald’s® High School Senior All-Star Basketball Games held at Husson University in Bangor.
Jacob Rioux of Van Buren H.S. led the way for the East with 25 points. Cherif Fall from Lee Academy added 20 points. Leading the West scoring was Warsame Mohamed with 27 points followed by Joey Gildard of Old Orchard Beach High School with 24 points. The East team hit a total of 10 huge 3-pointers and the West had 7.
The 2014 All-Star Basketball Games marks McDonald’s 26th year as lead sponsor of this event.
